BMI Checker Plus Support

Help with BMI calculations, units, history, Apple Health, hydration tracking, reminders, widgets, exports, and synchronization.

Unexpected BMI result

Confirm the selected measurement system, height, weight, and decimal separator. BMI is calculated from height and weight; a unit mismatch can produce an incorrect result.

Apple Health permission

Open the Health app or system settings and confirm BMI Checker Plus has access to the Health categories needed for the feature. If access was denied, enable it and reopen the app.

History or iCloud sync

Confirm the device is signed into iCloud, iCloud Drive is enabled, the app version supports sync, and the same Apple account is used on each device. Sync timing is controlled by Apple services and may not be immediate.

Reminders and widgets

Confirm notification permission is enabled and the reminder schedule is active. For a widget that is not refreshing, open the app, verify the latest data, and remove and re-add the widget if needed.

Exports

Make sure the app has content to export and that a compatible destination is available in the system share sheet. Sensitive health information should be stored and shared carefully.

Health and safety

BMI Checker Plus is a general health utility, not a medical device. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency advice. Contact a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

What to include

Include the app version, device model, operating-system version, unit system, the affected feature, and the exact steps that caused the issue. Do not send private Health records or sensitive medical information.
