Confirm the source and target units, verify the decimal separator and entered value, and try the same conversion after clearing the input. For temperature, fuel economy, or other non-linear categories, make sure the correct unit direction is selected.
Check spelling, remove filters, and reopen the category. If favorites do not update, close and reopen the app. Resetting or reinstalling the app may remove locally stored favorites and settings.
Number formatting can depend on device language and region settings. Confirm the device region, decimal separator, and preferred measurement system when a result appears in an unexpected format.
Converter One's core unit conversions are designed to work offline. An internet connection should not be required for normal calculations.
The developer does not collect conversion values, search history, or personal information from the app. Review the Converter One Privacy Policy.
Include the app version, device model, operating-system version, source unit, target unit, entered value, displayed result, and expected result. A screenshot without personal information can help.
