Watch Audio Player Support
Help with audio transfer, library management, playback, storage, and Apple Watch connectivity.
Audio will not transfer
Keep the iPhone and Apple Watch nearby, confirm Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled, open the app on both devices when available, and try the transfer again. Large files can take longer and may require available storage on the watch.
Audio will not play
Confirm the file is not damaged, the watch volume is audible, and the selected Bluetooth or speaker output is available. Remove and re-import the file if only one item is affected.
Library or storage issues
Delete unused audio from the app, restart the Apple Watch, and confirm the watch has enough free storage. Reinstalling the app removes locally stored app content, so keep an original copy of important audio files.
Offline playback
Audio that has completed transfer to the Apple Watch can be played without an internet connection. A file that is still transferring or only exists on the iPhone may not be available offline on the watch.
Purchases and Family Sharing
Purchases, refunds, purchase history, and Family Sharing are managed by Apple. Confirm that the Apple ID used on the device has access to the purchase.
Privacy
The developer does not collect personal audio or listening data. Review the Watch Audio Player Privacy Policy for details.
What to include
Include the app version, iPhone model, Apple Watch model, iOS and watchOS versions, approximate file size and format, and the exact step where the issue occurs. Do not email the audio file unless specifically requested and safe to share.
