Solira Health is designed as a privacy-first, non-diagnostic health companion. This policy describes the current product direction and will be reviewed before any public release.

Solira Health is designed to keep health logs, hydration, mood, symptoms, medication records, journal entries, goals, habits, body metrics, sleep, activity, and related insights under the user's control. The product is not designed to sell health information or use it for third-party advertising.
If Apple Health integration is enabled, Solira Health requests access through Apple's permission interface. You choose which Health categories are shared and can change access in system settings or the Health app.
Health entries, preferences, reminders, summaries, and app state may be stored locally to provide the features you choose. CloudKit synchronization is not part of the current release plan. Any future sync feature would require this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures to be updated before release.
Solira Health may use Apple-provided intelligence capabilities for user-requested summaries, explanations, questions, and review-first logging flows. The product is designed to avoid automatic saving of generated content without user review and confirmation.
The app may request Health, notifications, microphone, speech recognition, camera, photos, files, or other system permissions only when a related feature needs them. You can deny or change permissions in system settings.
Apple or the operating system may provide crash reports, performance diagnostics, and App Store analytics according to the user's Apple settings. The product is not designed to include third-party advertising tracking.
Use available in-app controls to delete records, revoke permissions in system settings, manage Health data in the Health app, or delete the app. For support-message deletion requests, contact support from the same email address used for the communication.

If you contact support, your email address and the information you choose to provide are used only to respond. Avoid sending private medical records, passwords, payment information, or unnecessary sensitive health details.
Solira Health is not directed to children and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian may contact support with concerns.
This policy may be updated when features, data practices, or platform requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
